The hotel is located a little further away from the beach area, which can be a hassle if you don't have a car. Taxis can be costly, and the walk under the hot sun is not enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel lacked adequate facilities to keep the children entertained while indoors.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The facilities were spotless, well-managed, modern, and elegant. Besides, the saltwater pool was ideal and featured different sections to cater to both young and adult guests. I also loved that the hotel offered an appetizing breakfast buffet, including plenty of both Western and Thai options to choose from. Furthermore, the staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and had excellent English speaking skills.
